Attorney Fees
I charge on a flat fee basis so that my clients will know the total cost up front and so that there is no concern about travel time. It doesn’t matter whether you live an hour away or four hours away, the fee is the same.
Hourly arrangements are available if that is your preference.
Free Consultation
I handle criminal cases throughout the State of Kansas. If you have a criminal case in Kansas, it doesn’t matter the County, I will take your case. There is no charge for the initial consultation.
